Notes: By the end I was consistently getting the dash R SHL FF
20m – 4.05 Fox FD SHL practice
Notes: Under pressure it was a lot less consistent. I also basically could never fast fall under pressure ESPECIALLY if I hit the opponent. Needs a lot more work as it makes my game much faster.
